99 civic ex sedan - cranking and wiper problems
I went to start my car yesterday and when i went to crank it on, it just didn't crank? Could that be the starter going bad? (it happens once in a blue moon). Also I was just driving and my windshield wipers stopped. The motor still turns on but the wipers dont go..any suggestions?
