Car takes longer to start when theres less than 1/4 tank left?
I've noticed this a few times only because I rarely let the gas get bellow 1/2.
But usually my engine turns over 1 or 2 times and starts. When its bellow 1/4 tank, it turns over 3 or 4 times and then starts.
It doesn't matter if its hot or cold out or if the engine is hot or cold. And this never happens with the gas level above 1/4.
Any idea what this is? It doesn't bother me too much but is rather fix it before it spreads and starts doing it all the time.

Yep so does mine always has even before the motor swap. Every other Civic, my Del Sol Si I have owned and my cousin's old 94 EX did it as well. Anytime the car had more gas in it there was no problem with slow starts.

No not if fuel pressure is good at idea and under vacuum. I have a fuel pressure gauge so I know my pump is good. It does leak down after down 15-20min but is has 201,XXX miles on it, not bad. Waiting to put a 255LPH pump in once I turbo the car. Like I said any Civic I have ever owned or driven did this when low on fuel, my DA did the same as well. Maybe it is just a Honda thing.
Anyone else want to chime in and either shoot me down or back me up??

Ideally, you shouldn't ever let your gas tank get below 1/4. That's when you start sucking residue and other unpleasant **** out of your tank and into your pre- and post-pump filters. Basic maintenance 101.
