according to magazines and reviews i have read about our car's they are supposed to be a 15.6-15.7 second car.. Maybe some internal work you don't know about? But that is a nice time... I know some one who went out and bought a 01 gt stang, he thought it was stock. WHen he went to the track he ran a 13.8 and when down the first part sideways (they actually kicked him out because he either needed a helmet or a rollcage can't remember).. Tell me thats stock heh. Any how good run! I havn't brought my car to the track yet. but with what I have done i'd say its a 15.2ish right now it'll pretty much keep up with my friends 14.8 sec car.

Omg what a gayass remark. Drag racing is still racing, end of story. Btw, to the creator of this thread, do you gotta timeslip? I'm not callin bs, but a 15.005 for a 99-00 si with intake is hella good.

i've seen a SI with intake and exhaust go 15.1, so 15.0 is possible with the right driver

My best time was 15.1 with only intake and header. Did 15.5 with only intake, and 15.7 100% with less then 1,000 miles on the clock.

yeah its rare but 1 out of like 1000 cars made comes perfectly balanced, and thus, you have a quicker then norm. si. it's rare. cuz I know for a fact that there no way a stock SI (from the dealer) can run a 15.5 lol even with a pro driver. and an intake doesn't help alot either. check your piping, and your TB. for mods. that could be the way you ran that time..

99+ GT stangs 5 speed are not notorious for going 13's all stock. its been done serveral times. my friend with a 00 GT automatic went 14.1 stock.

i have a 00 GT also...never took it to the track though

ya that's faster than that car should have gone with only an intake on it for sure. Mine ran 15.7 stock, 15.4 with I/H/E, I had 60 foot times in the 2.4-2.5 range....most MPH was 89-90 mph too, your's would suggest that car has something more done to it with a slightly higher trap speed.

maybe, just maybe some can drive better than you, maybe its possible that ordinary people can actualy drive better than a proffessional driver...there are some people that have a pecular talent at one thing or another, and maybe they just didnt have the same opportunity as the say proffessional driver did when they got the "proffessional" status. ive seen some pretty impressive driving from just people that i know of and know what they have i knew a guy that had a 00 ebp si and he ran a 14.9 with just and intake and cat back, some of you guys think your the best at driving when you have no idea how much better other people may in fact be at driveing...haters

well hmmm anyone can clame ****, well i would seem to think that most people on this site know at least one person with a fast car and if they wanted to prolly could attain a timeslip and easily post it up here and most of you still wouldnt believe him....

Who does he have to prove it to? You are nobody and what you think doesnt matter. The poor kid is just asking what everyone elses times are, not for your non-professional opinion. Someone else was right there on the times with him anyways like .2 off his so its not impossible and Im sure the car was used so who know what else could have been done.

I wasnt talking about you I was just saying to LOOKALIKe_eh2 and gezer that he was only asking what everyone else ran. I was just sticking up for the kid. **** I know for a fact my civic couldnt even come close to that time. I have a p.o.s. ex with a extra 600 lbs of system in the trunk.

I don't believe him ether. I have a del sol with a b16 engine, and the fastest I could get when I only had an Iceman intake was 15.3. And that was with good driving, with bad/slow launches I was running 15.5 - 15.6!
