99-00 OEM foglight wiring
I'm about to purchase a used OEM raybrig foglight kit for 99-00 civics. The only thing missing is the wiring harness, but as I've been told the cars came pre-wired for them? Is that true? I drive a 99 CX

Back from the dead.........
Can anyone confirm this for a 1996 Cx? I have the 99-00 conversion w/ fog lamps and wondering by any chance if the wiring from the dash to the engine bay is already there? The fog lamps were connected to a harness on the drivers side and it looks like I have the same harness on my 96.
I also have the OEM switch that I would like to install.

The only reason I ask is it seems from the instructions that the install is almost identical to the EK.
