99-00 civic:Blower motor only works on highest setting,changed transistor=nothin
So my blower only works on the highest setting. I've searched and alot of threads point to the power transistor. I changed it just now with new oem unit. Still doesnt work, is there anything i'm missing here? I can hear the blower motor high relay clicking when it's turned to the highest but nothing else. I unplugged the plug from the transistor and the highest still works.
What do you guys think?

I'm just looking at the same thing right now haha
There's nothing wrong with the wiring.
I guess i'm going to take apart the radio bezel and check connections. All of this happened after i changed the radio bezel and moved everything over from the old bezel to the new one

Yep, wire blue/black on the top plug of the heater control dial came off the plug and cause the lower speeds not to work.
Putting it out there for future reference for others.

What a weird coincidence. I just installed a new radio, and the blue/black wire on top of the heater plug came out for me too. It was a PITA to get it back in, because I had to take the plug apart.
