98 honda civic ex rpm problem
I have a 98 civic ex with no mods but a curb legal aem intake
I just did a stock swap and everything was running good now after a month of driving my car won't pass 5000 rpm. I unplugged my ecu to reset my car then I rev it pass 5000 rpm and after that it won't pass 5000 rpm again. Please help me is really pissing me off haha thank for the help
