Default 98 civic y8/y7 minime stalls when coming to stip

Car runs great now. But when you clutch it and the rpms drop down it just dies. Starts right back up and will idle at 500 forever but if your sitting in neutral and rev it up and rpms fall really low and the car shakes from rough idle the smooths out to 500 rpms again. Only code I'm throwing is p0141 the secondary o2 sensor cause I don't have one or a catconverter. All help is appreciated.

It's a 98 civic ex with a y7 block and manual tranny with a y8 head. Comp is p2p-a34. Wiring harness is from a y8 as well as intake and throttle body.

Check for CEL codes again. When the CEL is always on (P0141), you won't know if a new one pops up.

Have you cleaned the IACV?

Have you adjusted the idle speed? See FAQs sticky.

alright ron so i fixed the stalling issue. just had to set my idle screw. so thats fixed. thank you. so i drove it around for a little while to test it out. all seemed fine other than the speedo not working. parked it and p0500 vehicle speed sensor malfunction, p0141 o2 sensor are the only codes i have now
