looks like it has a motor swap... only 1 o2 sensor on header then straight pipe from there....... when its not at opperating temp it smokes kind of a white smoke but leaves a black residue on tail pipe. also the vtec silonoid has a wire ran to it but not the original clip so not sure if someone modified this motor to be a vtec? i have done a head check with the blue liquid test but shows good! is there something i can wire or? to stop the smoking when its not warm?
... also my vtec kicks in at 5500 rpms , is there a way to make it kick in at about 4500? even if i had to wire it to a toggle in the cab... thanks!

white smoke usually means coolant or water is being burned inside the cylinder. Usually that means the head gasket or intake manifold gasket is leaking coolant into one of the cylinders while the vehicle is parked. There is then a build up inside the cylinder that has to get burned off when start up.. but then while the vehicle is running not much coolant leaks out so then you don't see the white smoke.
