Default 98 Civic DX - Motor Swap Smokes - JDM B20 motor w/ GSR head.

hey guy I have a question I have a 98 Honda Civic DX and I was dying to do a swap I bought a B20 motor high compression at JDM Depot New Jersey and I bought a GSR head that head I sent it to the Machine Shop so they could put new seals n clean it as well and to the block I took the oil pan off and look into the Block in the bottom to see if it was good or not everything seem good so I put a new oil pump brand new oil pan gasket and oil pan and once I got my head back from the Machine Shop I Threw It On and I put my swap in the car and for some reason the motor is smoking a lot I put the cash can on and it still smoking I don't understand can somebody please help me thank you guys

that was seriously tough to read without punctuation did you do a compression check why did you not send the whole block to the machine shop did you tear down the block and inspect everything inside when you bought the block next time use the proper punctuation welcome to honda tech

I never thought about that cuz all my friends they all bought there Motors there at JDM Depot so I was thinking that the motor supposed to be good I learned my lesson smh

Is it blue or white smoke?

Sounds like another half *** poorly put together motor. Don't blame jdm depot, blame yourself and your friends, well if they helped. I didn't see titianum valve springs and retainers or piston rings on your list.

Thinking about it now this is a troll account. So I'm not even gonna try
