Timing. Check it.

And it "feels" like a misfire? It either is misfiring or it isn't. Does it throw any codes?

No code and I just checked into the timing looks fine can a random misfire come from the distributor?

Check the coil for any carbon tracks or cracking, check the harness for any corroded or broken pins going into the coil, then start with other basics like the fuel filter. Intermittent problems are generally electrical though, but always check the simple things first so you don't jump into expensive parts and labor only to find it was a $20 part. I wish I could help more but good luck

You say it "looks" fine. Did you use a timing light? Is it within spec? It's either in spec, or it isn't.
