97 CTR City Lights Problem
"Does anyone know the wiring to automatically turn on the CTR citylights when you release your parking brakes without turning on your running lights, like the CTR in JAPAN"?

I would just wire them to some sort of switched power. (something that gets power when you start the car.) It would just be a pain in the *** running all the wires.
