'97 Civic Tail Lights turn off when Braking
Greetings,
I just bought a 1997 Civic and the only thing keeping it from passing safety inspection is that the turn signals stop working whenever the brakes are applied. It stops making the turn signal noise as well. As soon as the brake is released the turn signal resumes as normal. Any ideas?? I looked at all harnesses and connections in the trunk and they look good.

Figured it out!
It was a bad ground connection above the trunk under the back window. Screw was loose. Tightened it down and everything works great now! Got it inspected today and hopefully registered tomorrow!
