somehow, the heat shrink on 2 red w/black stripe wires came loose after a small altercation with my ca and a shreded tire shot at me from under a bid rig. i smelt burning wires and had to cut one down by the fuse box that goes into a blue dark blue plug (the plug sits loose). today i started working on it and found multiple speaker wires are shot and the all time power. i ran all-time white w/blue stripe to my cigarette, ground straight to frame and a new red to ignition. my deck now powers on but i have no sound.

im looking to just replace the main interior harness as the blue plug is to the loom that goes to the fuses, dash, radio, etc.

my deck is a jensen indash 9311. i pulled a speaker and jumped it to the battery to make sure its not blown. also, ive rerun all my speaker wires to a thicker gauge and its own plug that goes straight to the adapter harness off the deck so im really confused about not having sound and can only conclude that my deck sound shorted out. any help greatly appreciated.

wuldnt tell me much anyways actually. ive got fresh speaker wires jumped to the vm9311 harness

if it doesnt work straight off the deck and give sound to any speaker the output is no good. if your saying the main harness is down I wouldnt be so sure doesnt it have a fuse?

the deck has a fuse, the fuse is good, the main harness is fried. i set it up like a "Y". from the deck it split off to the new speaker wires 1st, then continued on to the stock harness. several wires got fried. i think the output fried/grounded out
