96 civic wont go into gear when engine is on but will when off
I just replaced the clutch and flywheel. When it is off, it will go into gear, but when i turn it on, it won't. Tried bleeding the clutch, still doesnt work.

Also, it will drive in gear, and it will go out of gear, but it wont go into any other gears. We bleed the clutch through the bleed valve in the slave cylinder.

bleed the clutch system. preferable with a reverse bleeder. if this doesn't work, id say faulty Master, slave, or you didn't install the clutch fork onto the transmission correctly.

did you maybe either install the clutch disc backward or install the throw out bearing upside down?

No, I triple checked the clutch was in the right way before putting the pressure plate on. And the throw out bearing was on right, as far as i could tell.

I have the same problem for a while the clutch was working fine then the pedal started to get easier and easier to puch down every day now it has to be on the floor and as soon as I let up the littlest bit it grabs? Any advice would greatly be appreciated

You have a clutch fluid leak. It's happened to me too. You're probably gonna have to replace master and slave cylinder. I'm bout to do that in the near future.
