Are you talking stock intake or aftermarket? I believe the only intake that wont fit from Civic to Civic is the stock '96-'00 DX intake (the T/B faces up, not toward the passenger side).
All '92-'00 Civic EX, Si, and '98-'01 Integra Type-R aftermarket intakes fit eachother. They are all positioned the same way and route to the same spot. If Im right, the HX motor is positioned the same exact way as the EX. If so, and assuming were talking aftermarket intakes, it should fit.
