96 civic cx with p28 apex neo wiring?

I have a 96 CX it was an auto now it has a B16 and a manual running a P28. Can I put the plug and play harness for the apex neo from boomslang?

What parts of this are tripping you up?
Up for sale is a used in great shape Boomslang plug and play harness for the Apexi Neo. It fits any obd1 manual transmission honda/acura.
Also, if you plan on buying from this Ebay seller you should be asking THEM all these questions. Not us because when it doesn't work you're not getting a refund from us.
