96-2000 Civic Type R Mirrors
I have some OEM CTR power mirrors with defroster trying to put them on a 2000 civic ex 4dr already had a body shop shave the mirrors down to fit but my question is the plug from the car doesn't match up to the plug on the mirrors anyone do this conversion before?

Re: 96-2000 Civic Type R Mirrors (ALLvtec)
From my understanding and experience with power folding mirrors, the back plate on all honda sedans vehicles is slightly smaller than the ones on the coupes. I have installed JDM mirrors on various cars and this is always the problem; most of them were bought on ebay and the seller did not specify "coupe or sedan". If you have stock back plates, use those. If you don't, then you might have to acquire some because the screw holes will not line up.
