Default new EM1 times

went to track today, here is my best run.
60ft:2.31
1/4: 15.1
mph:91.64

just i/e, no backseats and spare, stock clutch

my question is last time I ran with i/e I ran a 15.7 with a 2.36 60ft at 89mph. What could have cause the times to be better, for one it was about 50degrees today and last time around 60degrees.

any input?

BTW are these times decent for mods I have?

thanks

tire pressure was 20psi. Dunlop sp fm901, launched at 5500. Tires were great never went under 5000 during launch.

Hoping for 14.5 with jdm itr header and tpipe soon. I don't really see a lot of Em1's running 14s with i/h/e.

all you guys that ran mid 15s with bad 60ft times, your motors must be one of the freak b16a2s out there.

Sorry bro but I don’t think that’s in the cards
15.1 is a GREAT time for I/E on a stock clutch Si. You would be surprised how many people wont be able to touch that. Id say 1 in 30 people can get their Si that fast in mostly stock form.
I hit a 15.13 in my Si with full interior no spare, CAI, exedy clutch, catback exhaust, GC Coils for Si, stock shocks, STOCK TIRES , and about 16psi of tire pressure.
I did it twice at sea level. The next time I went back to the track I was back at 15.4 and never saw a 15.1 again with that setup
If you can hit them consistently then you have a great strong motor their

No harm but Id bet you will be hard pressed to hit that time. Just dont get your hopes up, I know from experience.
BTW my times are from MIR

Hybrid, 1.8 liters is just that much better over 1.6

Has alot to do with track conditions and little things like weight. It was a good day for running yesterday as it was around 45-50degrees. The air was real dense also.
I also know the differences in times. I ran in my almost stock prelude at WW3 2 years ago 14.5 when before the best i could hit was 14.7. It just has to do with the weather conditions.

Nice time. What Header and Exhaust combo? You ever weigh your car?
And you said you had AC?
