95 si no pwr windows and locks?

I recently bought this car a few months ago completly stock.but I was wondering why I have no power windows and locks.I thought it was standard on si.I don't mind cause its lighter w/o them but just curious.

The only thing powered on the si is mirrors and the sunroof. Thats why people do a power window conversion from a ex coupe.

X2. No Si hatch came with power windows and locks from the factory.

It is a rather easy conversion. I did mine in about 2hrs with tons of breaks and getting side tracked
