First I would jack the car up and visual check the shift linkage to see if it's busted. It's kinda weird that with the engine is running you can put the car in any gear and it doesn't grind what so ever. If the shift linkage is okay then it's possible that a the shift fork or a major component could be gone. That would definitely require the help of a skilled mechanic if you're not up for pulling up a diy thread on here and getting your hands dirty.

Please turn off the caps lock button on your keyboard. All caps writing is considered shouting, and it's also difficult to read.
It does sound like the clutch is toast. You'll need to drop the transmission to check and replace.

When I put the car in gear I can watch it move into the tranny I did a bit of research and they say that a typical problem with civic clutches is the release bearing gets stuck bc there are some kinda flanges that wear down and hold the bearing so its like I got the clutch pushed in when I'm not actually pushing it in does that sound like it could be it or am I just reading some bullshit?

your best bet dragonball z, is to pull the transmission yourself, or have someone do it if you cant, to actually diagnose the problem. it will have to get fixed regardless, so may as well pull it to find out whats wrong
