Default 95 ej1 electrical issue.

Hey guys, I'm in a state of emergency. Just landed a job after 4 months of unemployment... and my car must have decided it didn't like aforementioned job and broke down the day I got the call.

Basically what we're looking at here is the battery is tested and good, fuses are also checked and good, however it will not turn over and the only electrical item that works is the horn. I'm starting to think something happened and knocked some wiring loose, or the starter caved out on me. I am horrendous at electrical though so any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any insight offered and hope your Hondas are treating you better than mine right now. xD

Check whether the rubber stopper at the top of the clutch pedal fell out.

The stopper presses on the pedal starter switch.
