Default 95 Civic Vacuum Leak Diagnosis help

I have a 95 honda civic sedan that my wife drives. She went to try to start it the otehr day and it started for a moment and died. Now it won't start at all(well... see below)

I checked my electric system first, at each plug, and it looks good. Each cylinder is getting it's spark.

When I removed the line between the vacuum cylinder and the throttle body, plugged both ends, the car started to up but just barely ran and quickly died. Now, i haven't started replacing tubes yet, but from a visual inspection, they all look pretty good. Are there any rubber lines that I might be missing in my inspection or is there another place I should be checking for a leak? Also, is there a better way to check for leaks than visually inspecting each tube and running my fingers down the length of the tube squeezing?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
