not sure what the problem is but maybe some one has had this problem so if someone could help it would be nice.

sounds like a vacuum problem....check lines/hoses as well as all electrical connectors. While the car is warming up, discconnect the iacv connector and see if theres a change...if there's not, there's a wiring issue somewhere.

the idle is bouncie while warming up but then once it is warm it dies. but will start right back.
and the vacuum problem wouldn't that kill it befor it is warm also if that was the problem?

i kinda had the same problem with my CX but had stock motor and i tried changing my Throttle Body and the throttle body i put on it didn't have a place for the map sensor and the idle would jump and then shut off when eng light came on.... my guess would be make sure your using the right ECU and that its programed right

First unplug the IACV and turn the base idle screw to keep it running.
Leave it running until it gets hot then adjust the screw till the base idle is about 750-850 rpm.
Shut down the car and hook the IACV back up.
At this point if the iacv is working the car should idle right.
