I've got a 95 civic ex...was driving down the road earlier and heard the fuse pop to my cluster, climate control and brake lights. i replaced 2 blown fuses, one (15) amp under the hood, and one (10) amp in the dash. still have no cluster lights/brake lights. i've traced back through the boxes about 3 or 4 times now, pulling them out one at a time, and putting them right back in, but no result. i've reached the end of my patience with this, so i'm looking for some insight to this situation. i replaced the dash harness about a month and a half ago because the previous owner fried the one prior to my new one. thanks for looking and thanks for the help in advance.
