ok, so i have a 94 honda civic. it is for the most part stock, but the fan will not come on anymore. the fan switch works, and the fuse is not blown. the previous owner hardwired it into the harness, because it is a slim fan.


2 questions.

1.) which of the 2 wires are the + and - (i think one is black/brown, and the other is black if i remember correctly)

2.) where is the rely, or the next spot i need to check?

there is no + or - depending on how you hook it up will control which direction the fan either blows or sucks?? take a jumper wire and jump the plug that goes to the fan switch and see if it comes on.. if it does then it is the switch if not then check all connections.. Hope this helps
