94 hatch starts than dies
Hi, my 94 civic hatch 146k miles starts than dies... i check and tested the fuel pump and i see the previous owner already changed it and working fine, also check the spark plugs, and fuse. I came to a conclusion of my injector might be dirty or needs changing. Can any 1 guide me through the cleaning process and changing? (i been messing with models 90 and below so im not very enlightened with injectors) OR does any 1 have a better expertise please dont hesitate to reply thank you.

Re: 94 hatch starts than dies
man its not hard to replace injectors at all. there is 3 10mm bolts that hold the fuel rail on, take them off and take off the fuel pressure regulator, it has 2 10mm bolts, then pull up on the fuel rail, some injectors may come with the rail but some may not. unplug then and clean or replace them, i would replace them cause im not sure that u can clean them without takeing them some where

ah thanks anyways nascar i found the problem i was to lazy and got no money to fix or clean the injectors so i recheck the fuel pump at day time and realize the previous owner change the pump but not the sock once i change that it started...and just to make sure i put some injection cleaner fluid in my gas tank then burn some gas...then for safe measures i just put in some octane gas just for the fawk of it lol ill try ur method of cleaning and changing if the problem continues. ty for the tip
