Im not a 100% on what you need, but I used 94+ axles in my 93 hatch when i did the b18b1 swap and everything worked fine. Hell, you can use the shorter axle from the SOHC ( i think its the driver side) to work on the ls swap.
If I had to guess, I would say try 94+ axles. Thats what I have on mine, and we have the same LCA and mine works fine.

b18b1.
its like 142 hp. 121 tq.
and ill tell u. in the 92-95 the b18a1 slides in like no other. few motor mount fabricationcs... the rear one has to be moved to the left a little.(i welded a new bracket for it).
and as for my pedal. lol. u wouldnt wanna know. i took my hydro pedal. and cut the top out of the bracket. then put in the cable pedal. drilled about a inch hole a little aboce the M/C hole. for the cable to run thru. and then i conencted it up... i would have used the pedal brackets from the 91 teg i got the engine from. but the brake. clutch and gas are on the same bracket. and i didnt want to take out all my pedals. but yea i was told the 94+ axles would work. just wasnt sure. i needed some advice from sumone who did it. and the b18b1. is the same except its obd1, has a little different cam grind. and the IM has the electronic sensors. instead of the million vacuum lines. and the axles that fit bot is the small passenger side. the driver side has the halfshaft on it.

Are you using the half-shaft from the B18A? If so get axles from a 90-93 Integra. I thought the half-shafts on the 90-93 and the 94+ were different?
Edit: I just read you tried the other axles. What were they hitting on? Too short. Too long?
