Default 94 Dx's

is there any way possible that they could get vtech or come with it cause my friend thinks it might since it has the green wire and some other thing that increases the possibility lol. i dont kno much about cars so i cant tell you much im trying to learn but should i just take it to a shop and check

i think it was swapped cause it was my aunts car and when i got it it had a intake(intex) something like that, which i doubt she would do so ima just try to take it toa shop its automatic though which is what makes me unsure lol

the motor is stock? it should be a d15b7 non vtec. but it has been pre-wired for vtec. the wiring is all there, you just need to wire it up and put a vtec head on if you want vtec.

yea i think its stock all i can tell you is that it says 16 vaulve on it lol but ima see if i can take it to a shop wire it up

you need to buy a vtec head before they can wire it. no vtec solonoid=no vtec. any d series vtec head will work. d15 or d16 it doesn't matter.

If it's a d15b7 with vtec then it's either a b15b head or it's a d16 head. On the motor look on the left side back of the motor it is has a little single wire connector pluging into the distributor then its either hard wired vtec or a motor swap

if its it the non vtec motor but the wiring is there you cant simply wire it up. you would need to switch out the head on the motor and that will be some money for a shop to do

that was no help AT all to the OP

but yes, like everyone else said just get a VTEC head and your good to go, dont pay a shop to do it cuz they'll *** rape you. instead have that sexy dude named robert up the street do it for you
