94 del sol changed coil pack and knocked the rotor out of time with cap
i changed the coil in my 94 del sol not thinking i turned the motor to move the rotor to take it off and now i cant figur out right were it was how do i corret this please help!!!!!

the rotor should only be able to go on in one position because the hole and shaft are "half circle" shaped
if your talking about the rotor is in a position where you cant expose the screw to fasten it
then turn the engine at the crankshaft pulley until you can get it exposed

when i took the cap of i couldnt get to the screw so i turned the motor over alittle at a time to get to it and now i cant figuer out right were the rotor was before i moved it

Remove the 15A hood ECU fuse and then flick the ignition switch until the rotor is repositioned so that the screw can be reinstalled. Removing the fuse will prevent you from blowing the coil while flicking the ignition switch with the cap off.

i have the rotor back on and now it sounds like its out of time iv tryed to move it around but cant get it should i ry and retime it?

iv went throw every thing and it still sounds out of time and alls i did was put a new coil in before this the car would only start when cold and stop when it warmed up i change the coil the plugs and wire fuel filter and pump and even changed out the main relay any other ideas

turns out after replacing every thing in fuel system and every thing in the sparking system it was the icm

never mind got the car started and yet again dies when it gets warm!! idk what else to do iv replaced everything and no luck please help!!!!!!
