94 coupe with thumping in front end

Default 94 coupe with thumping in front end
I have a 94 coupe with a B16a swap and there is quite a bit of thumping coming from the driver side in the front, it progressivly gets louder with acceleration and continues until I come to a complete stop. I dont think its an axle or wheel bearing either... so if anyone has any ideas what I should check??

Why dont you think its a wheel bearing? Hit any curbs or anything recently?

This may sound dumb but make sure all of your lugnuts are tight
