the speedo inside the car goes nuts sumtimes. if i start getting into the throttle, the speedo will jump to 100-120. sometimes when i hit a bump it jumps from 50 (my speed) to 65 but right back to 50. does the speed sensor need to be greased possibly?? the tach doesnt work either, its a dx model with ex gauges. the tach should work shouldnt it, just plug n play??

the gas gauage and the heat gauge works, plus all the lights but the tach doesnt.... any ideas?

Yes the tach should work. For your speedo problem you need a new vss (vehicle speed sensor), and for the tach if a diff cluster doesnt fix it, then try a different distributor (theres a sensor in there that gives the tach sensor).

i hooked another ex cluster up and it didnt work. its prolly dizzy cuz it has external coil and there is only two wires coming out. so the other wire is prolly not hooked up? thx man
