No it will not bolt on, the hubs are different. This is why JDM DC2R steering wheels cannot be used on a '96-00 Civic.
I believe the Integra wheel is bigger in diameter anyway. Don't waste your time, just find a '96-00 Civic wheel, or an EP3/DC5/AP1 wheel.
