95 Integra Steering Wheel on 97 Civic

will this bolt and plug right in??? is there any size difference?

No it will not bolt on, the hubs are different. This is why JDM DC2R steering wheels cannot be used on a '96-00 Civic.

I believe the Integra wheel is bigger in diameter anyway. Don't waste your time, just find a '96-00 Civic wheel, or an EP3/DC5/AP1 wheel.
