Ok when i turn on my headlights none of the insutement lights for the speeds or the ac or anything turn on. I checked and couldnt find any busted fuses but of course i wasnt sure which fuse controlled all that to begine with. Its like the is somethign wrong with the dimmer circuit or something, CAN anyone help?

Please help my car is like a pitch black hole at night, need help!

Did it just do this one day or what? Have you replaced the cluster or done any sort of dash wiring?

nah it wasnt working when i bought the car, its not just the cluster its all the lights that are suposed to go on wen the healights come on, please help!

check your cig lighter, if that dosnt work then it should be the fuse for your cluster lights, corner lights (not blinker), and climate control lights. pretty sure its a 20a.

YOOOO LOL i have that same problem , funny thing is one night it actually did work , i was doin about 85 mph and then i noticed it started working??!! and the next day it went out again....Strange , i bought the car like that to , pretty sure its fuses guys? my ac panel lights dont work , my lamp on the roof middle , the rear defroster light aswell. KInda sucky , id love to fix it , lets resolve this for us!!!

by the way my spedometer lights work fine aswell as the cluster . Well except for the gear shifts( yes i have an automatic) ( dont know how to drive stick yet) but n e way, also on the cluster when i put it in drive (D) it wont light up but the Reverse will lighht up on the cluster aswell as neutral , and the other D's.Basically the actual Gear shifter does not light up... whatsss UPP in thurrrrr?!LOL

to both u guys with dash light problems, i have had this myself. find someone you know with same year make and model as your ride and borrow their dimmer switch on left side of the dash (in the middle of the 3) and see what happens. it was my problem so it could possibily be yours too.

yup got it, pulled the dimmer from my 98 hatch and stuck it in to see if that was the problem. LET THERE BE LIGHT. Everything turned on and works fine now, except the dimmer is blue and the rest of the interior is tan, lol.

OK first , LOL , the dimmer are we talking about the little dial that makes the lights lighter n darker orrr something else? tell me what exactly it is that i should b asking for , for I to have a black hole civic once its past 6:30 lol....another thing , why do some of the gears light up on the cluster n others not? and the gears on the floor shifter r just out... berrryyyy confoooosing!...

ok from what i have learn and the way u are explaining it my best guess is the BACK UP Soultien( i dunt think i spelt right) under the hood its 7.5 amps
