92 HONDA CIVIC HB Wont Start
im, new to honda tech, i have a few question about my motor swap. The motor in my car was a D15, I swaped it out and drop a B18b LS motor, but the ls motor wont start. im getting spark and fuel. i found out that my timing belt had jumped some gears so i re-did the timing, and i tryed to start it, i cranked it and it did a loud backfire and then it just continue cranking and not turn over. Any Ideas?

Distributor should look like this :
3 4
1 2
Gap should be:
Intake: .08mm-.12mm (.003"-.005")
Exhaust: .16mm-.20mm (.006"-.008")
3 4
1 2
Gap should be:
Intake: .08mm-.12mm (.003"-.005")
Exhaust: .16mm-.20mm (.006"-.008")

err... I just had the same problem and it turned out my ITR was blown. Take the plugs off and do a compression test, I did that and found my spark plug blown to ****!

Yah not to sound like Im repeating anything here but you are sure that the timing is on point? The reason I ask is that I was having the same problem until yesterday. I found out that the crank was not at TDC. I made sure the crank and the pulleys themselves were where they needed to be and the car started on the 1st try.
