92 civic right turn signal used to flicker now has stop woeking completly
Right turn signal used to flicker and I would go and touch the wires and it would work normally, yesterday it was flickering fast again. Touched the wires.. fixed it.. then it flickered again... touched the wire again.. never cam back on. Nothing. Bulb is goo. Help please.
Also, it smells like gas inside the car. I think its mostly when I turn the heater on. Any ides?

Stop touching the wires and fix them. You obviously have a short in that vicinity. Locate it and repair it.

You smell gas when you turn on the heater? That's probably a good sign of a fuel leak in the engine bay and your induction system is sucking up the fumes. Or the heat has nothing to do with it and you're getting the common smell caused by a bad oring gasket where the fuel pump mounts in the tank under the back seat.
As for the blinker, you obviously have a band connection, short or frayed wire somewhere.

regarding the fuel smell, do you see any leaks near the injectors? I had a similar problem in a 93 civic that was fixed by replacing all the o-rings on the injectors.
