problems problems problems... please help
hi im new on honda-tech and i have a 92 DB1 teg with a 2000 gsr motor swap and have ran into some problems after my friends and i were doing a wire tuck,
one of my friends hooked my battery up with out grounding everything out and it started a fire on the transmission ground. so now everything is grounded out and all the fuses are replaced and my thermostat needel and gas needle are stuck wide open and my fuel pump isnt turning on, but my motor will try and turn over, but since the fuel pump wont come on it wont crank.
oh and my side markers stay on even tho the car is off and key is out of the ignition and my HIDs arent blown and neither are the fuses but they wont come on but my corners will.
need some quick feedback please and thank you

You need to pull out your harness and look it over. Wires melt in seconds when that happens and chances are you have bare wires touching because the casings are gone.

the only wires that were extended were the headlight wires on the drivers side and they hadnt even been cut when that happened

He is saying that you need to check your vehicle wiring harness , which will require you to separate the loom and tape in order to inspect the casings on each individual wire. Its possible that something caused the wires to overheat, thus melting the casing and leaving bare wires exposed and touching.
You are going to have to stop, chill out and be meticulous when checking the wires to make sure that this isn't a reoccurring issue.
