What kind of coilovers? On my ground controls, you just use an allen wrench to loosen the bolt, then turn the perch to the right until you get it where you want it, then tighten the bolt. When I jack up my car, I use the stock scissor jack to get it up high enough to get my 2 1/2 ton floor jack under it.
