is this true?
can someone help me out, i checked the chilton's and no luck </TD></TR></TABLE>
very false, in fact.
From helms: "remove the center lower panel (where cig lighter is), remove the radio, disconnect the air mix control cable from the heater unit. Remove the tapping screws (3) and pull out the heater control panel. Disconnect the connectors and remove the heater control panel."
FYI, the 3 screws are easy to find. 2 on the bottom front, and one on rear right.

the only hard thing is going under the dash to take the screws out

After checking my helms, i decided to try to take mine out, but it wont budge. I took out the screws in the front, and the one in the back, and it wont come out. It's like its still attached to the back somewhere. Any ideas?
