hey well im having a problem with the tail light harness i need to know what order the wires go here are pics of how mine are setup its not correct if you guys could take pics of the way your wires are that would be great




the problem is the inner tail light wires the reverse light turns on instead of the bottom part

Ahh, not necessarily. Tail light lenses/assembly and the associated wiring harness for the bulbs are entirely separate entities. Plus, OP could have aftermarket sockets regardless.

I'll look up the info, OP.

E: bah, no result thus far. have a multimeter, op?

Match up the colors - assuming you have Honda tails/sockets. Not sure why aftermarket would be any different though....

Red/black - parking

green/white - brake lights

green/black - reverse lights

....for all Hondas since the beginning of time

EDIT: Are you sure the problem is your Harness?

I see lots of people (all the time, I work in auto parts) have their reverse light bulbs installed where the brake lights, and/or turn signal lights should go. And then when you step on the brakes (or whatever function) the wrong section of the lamp assembly lights up.
