Default 6100rpm redline?

Car hits a rev limiter at 6100rpms... what could this be?

Setup:

d16z6 stock (intake and exhaust)
450cc injectors with properly wired resistor box
Uberdata map completely stock scaled for the 450's
V-AFC2

I think the AFC and the Uberdata are clashing cuz it was throwing a CEL at 6,000rpms. I moved the VTEC engagement to 7500rpms (so only the AFC did it) and no CEL's now but it still limits at 6100rpms. What is it?!?!

I have a couple times now... reburned chips, AFC wiring is good.

I had the same problem with my VAFC when i first installed it, even though it was done correctly, my engine was running rich cuz of my regulator so i just tuned it. Do you have a check engine sign at all? and if you do unplug the negative on the battery and try to rev past 6100 after about 20 seconds uplugged after plugging the negative back in, if it still persists with no check engine sign beats me... but i'm about 99% sure that it's your VAFC2. Lemme know what happens after you try the negative battery, by the way it resets the ECU.

that is, unhook the battery, hook it back up, and then rev. not unhook it while its running, which is a hella no no.

It's a completely stock engine with the map rescaled to fit 450's. It runs like it came straight from Honda.

I'll try those other ideas tomorrow thanks!
