yes im sure it can be done. i put automatic door lock on my dx for my alarm. im pretty sure the power windows is possible too.

As if Si's weren't heavy enough already?
Besides the performance decreasing elements of adding weight, you're looking at a ton of work and parts here. Our cars are not wired beyond the fuse panel for either item. The manual window tracks will not work with the power window motors. The interior door panels are different. Etc, etc. Your best bet would be to find 2 complete EX doors and just swap them with your stock doors.
You can just buy power lock kits to add PDL though. I bought one from JC Whitney for $70.00 and used it to make my deadbolts.
