5th gen. CX's more prone to structural rust?
I recently talked with a couple Honda mechanics and they said that the civic cx (92-95) is more prone to rust underneath the car. This seems strange to me since the 92-95 vx, si, and dx(hatch) all share the same shell, just different bells and whistles. Is this pure speculation or is there some truth in this?

maybe cuz not as much tar sprayed on the bottom to keep the rust off of the bare metal? i have no idea...i kno most of the hatches from East Coast have rust on the quarter panels...

What Honda isn't prone to rust, that is more then 5 or so years?
I think that is one of Honda's big problems.
Honda's will last forever if they don't rust apart first.
