I did a brake job on my Civic LX today. I swapped Civic EX knuckles on to get the larger rotors. My calipers were seized from sitting around so I threw some Integra calipers on, since I cross referenced parts and the EX caliper is the same as an Integra RS. They look like the piston is the same size, but the shape of the front is different, which doesn't matter. The fitment is the same. Here's the difference though, the Integra caliper bracket accepts a little bit bigger pad. I had new Civic EX pads however, so I just used the Civic bracket and Integra caliper.

So, if anyone is interested, the Integra bracket alone lets you run the Integra pads with the EX knuckle and caliper.
