5 lug conversion
when I change over from 4 lug to 5 lug, are there anythings I can still use from my current setup? (Coilovers, sway bars, etc....) I did a search and All I found were people asking for a shopping lists on 5 lug conversions and getting ******** responses....... Thank you!

All suspension should remain the same you are only changing the brakes. The only thing that should change would be the front knuckle(needed to bolt new caliper to).
I was considering this also its pretty straight forward.
