I installed an aftermarket head unit last night in my friends car and when we went to plug in the battery again the night time lights were on. so obviously we tried to turn the off with the multifunction switch but they staied on. so we took the kets out and the car beeped at us to turn the lights off. I don't know why it is doing this or what we did to it if anything. Does anyone have any suggestions? We are going to take it our and check the wires tonight. The connector had one extra left front speaker wire I believe and the stock wires had a yellow while the new had two orange but those were the only differences and I don;'t know if that would make a difference.
