I would change all fluids including the brake fluid. I would also check all wires under the hood for rat damage (chewed wires and such)
A battery is probably needed
Check tires for weathering (Cracks and such)
If it has semi good paint a wash and a wax.
And after a few miles (200) I would change the oil again.
That should do it!

dont forget the fuel system. hopefully it was stored properly. drain any fuel (goo) in the tank and change the fuel filter. i would change the filter again after a couple hundred miles. hopefully the fuel rail and injectors arent gunked up
