Default 2000 civic ex, d16y8, obd2-obd1 conversion problem.... searched

Well, after scrolling through numerous pages of threads, i decided to get a quick answer. Added an ihi turbo setup that was on a d16y8 crx to a 2000 civic ex with a y8, using the same maps on the same setup, 450 dsms, chipped p06 ecu, ran great on the old setup, and now it idles like crap when warmed up, wont rev up with out sputtering out, and will eventually die when idleing. Ive tried pretty much everything i can think of to get it moving. Just trying to get another idea of what it could be.

The 450's we are using have long green pintle caps, unlike any ive seen before, but they are blue tops, and they came with black clips. I was kind of worried, but i got them to fit, and i am not getting any codes. The plugs are black, which typically means its running really rich, i just dont see this happening with the tuned maps i have running it. Any help is appreciated, Thanks.

Yes, the resistor box is in there, the common wires from teh injector clips go to each of teh black wires on the box, and teh one red wire is tied into the ecu side of teh 4 common wires.
