I have a complete cx dash installed today. Same thing the cluster doesnt work but the srs lights up for a second and the battery lights up for a second then goes off but the check engine light doesnt light up at all. Dash is in and the ac and heat both work thank god. The black hatch is my firends parts car i will ask him about the gsr wheels and do you wanna know about the other integra wheels i think

The only thing i can think of for your cluster not working is maybe a blown fuse somewhere... that or the cables are loose or corroded.

Thanks mike i got the dash all wired up and everything works but the cluster never has the Check engine light work at all weird huh. Maybe i need another cluster to check and see if the one i got stopped working for no reason the. The cluster only lets the srs come on and the battery then it goes off

Yeah the parts are not stolen guys my friend swapped out all his stuff from a hatch to a coupe and i got all the parts he couldnt use. Yeah we pulled the sub frame because it really is easier but not alot of honda people pull a motor like that.
Also update for everyone i pulled the head off and found out that the exhaust valve was chipped missing a piece about the size of a dime. Drove out to knoxville 310 miles round trip picked up a d16 long block but the bottom end is not good motor sat for 6 months with no spark plugs in it so the walls are rusted not seized but rusted. Today i swapped out the head and am making a mini me. Got it all to together but got stuck with exhaust bolts rusted and stripped could get oil pain off to replace gasket. Here are some pictures of the block
