My rims are 15X6.5 OFFSET 42 buddy club p1 sf

I changed the shocks and springs recently(front 1.75lower, rear 1.5lower)

But i rub my fenders when i used 205-50-15

So I changed my tires became 195-50-15 caz the tires' employee suggested me

But I still rub my fender when the freeway was not smoothy.

How can I fix it?

Should I remove my liner?

Or roll the fenders? How much does it cost?

And what is put the caster?

Please help me. It bother me a lot.
